Carolyn Fe steps up on the theatre's stage as "Lola" (Grandma in Tagalog) in the world premiere of THROUGH THE BAMBOO, by Andrea Mapili and Byron Abalos, at the 2019 Toronto Fringe Festival playing at The Factory TheatreTHROUGH THE BAMBOO is based on a Filipinx-Canadian tale that will open a discussion between the generations from grandchild to grandparents; told in the tradition of The Wizard of Oz, The Chronicles of Narnia and Alice in Wonderland. Playing at the Factory Theatre July 3 to 14, 2019 - bring the kids, Lola (Grandma) & Lolo (Grandpa).
